Initially making his mark as an award winning music producer, James transitioned into the world of audio post for film and television. His journey into this field began when independent filmmakers, impressed by his audio engineering skills, asked him to sound-mix their projects. Skeptically, he agreed and quickly discovered that his meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of sound were perfect for the world of audio post.
Today, James is a sought-after expert specializing in dialogue editing. His extensive portfolio includes over 100 documentaries, feature films, and commercials.
James currently sits on the board of APPA, The Alberta Post-Production Association.
